About the hotel
Noir Mirage is a fictional low-rise hotel above Taal Lake in Tagaytay. The design is deliberately restrained: dark wood, hand-plastered walls, and small pools of brass light. The casino is the smallest of the three properties we review, but it is also the most intimate. Guests arrive for the cool air, the spa, and the quiet. The table games area seats fewer players, which makes every hand feel personal. This is a hotel for slow mornings and slower nights.

The casino at Noir Mirage is a single room of dark velvet and low lamps. The table games selection is curated: two baccarat tables, one roulette wheel, and a quiet blackjack table. Dealers speak softly. There are no slot machines, which keeps the space calm. A small bar in the corner serves amaro, local coffee, and late-night sandwiches. The hotel also hosts private wine tastings and a weekly jazz trio in the lounge.
